CSV format: Must include address and amount. Optional note column for individual recipient notes.
Signature required: After upload, you'll be prompted to sign confirmations to register the file with the allocation smart contract. Don't skip this step, or your upload won't count.
Execution: Allocations run daily at 23:59 UTC. You can re-upload until 23:29 UTC; the latest file before the cutoff replaces earlier ones.
